Love is our natural state of being. This is our truth. We are loving beings. When we act from love and compassion we are in alignment with ourselves and the universe.

Since I was young I have been searching for tools to express my love and compassion. I have been using words, dance, fitness, yoga, reiki to act in love. When I wasn’t doing so, I felt depressed and lost. My sensitivity, which I did not always view as a gift, has been my saving grace. Being sensitive to how I am/ you are feeling emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually is crucial. Without this connection with self, how do we expect to connect with anyone else. We are one. When we are able to connect to self, we are able to connect to all.

Self healing has been a huge part of my journey and is so important. When you heal yourself, you heal all. When you love yourself, you love all. Every time we dedicate our energy to healing ourselves, we heal all who come before us and all to come after us.

I am deeply honoured to have been guided into my learnings, most recently Lomi Lomi Massage. With each modality I learn, I am able to help transmute energy that is un-serving to divine love more effectively. We are all capable of this. The foundation of Lomi Lomi Massage is to knead/rub/soothe with love and compassion. I am humbled to have this sacred knowledge shared with me. My heart sings learning these beautiful ancient teachings and dances with excitement spreading this potent magical love.
